Meet Well 2019 Why Attend

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What makes Prevue's Visionary Summits different from other live events?

For planners, our goal is to create top-notch sessions that are deep dives into the topics they wish to learn about, and to give them the chance to speak freely with their equally experienced peers in a non-commercial setting. For sponsors, the entire event is designed as a chance to network. Sessions are highly interactive, giving them the chance to share their expertise as well and have meaningful exchanges everyone in the room.

How do I qualify to attend a Visionary Summit?

Our attendees are invited and qualified by a series of questions, including industry experience, meeting volume and spend, and destination/hotel history.

Do I receive CEUs for attending?

Prevue is n EIC Preferred Provider, and all Summits typically offer attendees between 2.4 and 4 continuing educational credit hours.

Who will be attending the Visionary Summit?

Attendees are primarily corporate and association buyers/end users. We seek out experienced planners; the average years of planning experience at our most recent Summit was 18.

Is there a cost associated with attending the Visionary Summit?

The Visionary Summit is a COMPLIMENTARY event for qualified meeting planners (excluding airfare and transfers). Registration, accommodations at the host property, and food and beverage are included.

May I arrive early or extend my stay?

Our host properties offer discounted hotel rates if you would like to extend your stay

May I bring a guest?

Guests are not included in the education program or networking events, but you are welcome to bring a guest to enjoy the destination while you are at the meeting.

What should I wear?
