As the meeting planning profession has evolved, there’s been a growing need for elevated education for experienced planners. Our strategic sessions are designed for senior meeting planners, and our Summits are a space where they can speak freely with their equally experienced peers in a non-commercial setting.

Qualified attendees receive complimentary registration, hotel and meals (attendees are responsible for their own transportation).
Our events attract a high percentage of direct planners. Our corporate planner attendees span every industry, from financial services to pharma to tech.
The average attendee has 18+ years of planning experience.
Depending on the program, participants receive an average of 3-5 CEUs from the Events Industry Council for participating.
Our sponsor-planner ratio is intentionally low. Planners are required to meet with our sponsors one-on-one for 10 minutes each over the course of the two days.
Our events experiment with the latest trends in the industry, giving attendees fresh ideas to take back to their own organizations.
