MGM Resorts offers a portfolio of unique meeting spaces that will suit the needs of any size group looking for a creative and innovative setting for their event. From contemporary conference facilities embedded with state-of-the-art tech to a range of one-of-a-kind spaces to host a reception, dinner or teambuilding program, MGM Resorts can deliver an engaging space that will wow attendees.
The Ideation Studio at Park MGM is a 7,000-square-foot space consisting of 10 unique environments and four distinctive meeting room configurations that can accommodate groups of six to 24 attendees. Working in collaboration with Cisco Systems, the Ideation Studio offers groups Cisco Webex Boards and Cisco Webex Teams to deliver a combined real and virtual meeting space for collaborating, video calling, whiteboarding and sharing notes, files and presentations.
The “smart” conference space has the ability to automatically recognize the personal devices of each attendee as they enter their designated room, regardless of the type of device, make or model. No wires or passcodes are required in the secure space and the intuitive system can also capture the group’s meeting notes and make them accessible to attendees after the meeting ends. State-of-the-art Cisco Webex Boards allow for full HD video teleconferencing, audio conferencing and collaborative annotation capabilities for seamless hybrid remote meetings.
In addition to its innovative tech offering, the Ideation Studio contains design elements based on behavioral science and how people interact with the environment. Aspects of the space such as chair and table height, lighting, flooring and room configurations have been selected to enhance engagement and the flow of ideas. The Ideation Studio is a member of IACC, a group 300 conference venues in 26 countries that strive to represent the top one percent of meeting spaces worldwide.
Located near the Ideation Studio on the second floor is the Madison Meeting Center, a 10,000-square-foot executive meeting center specifically designed for small groups. The center offers 10 meeting spaces that can accommodate groups of 10-50 attendees, including two self-service lounges, a boardroom and studio. The flexible, contemporary spaces feature ergonomic moveable furniture with integrated power, built-in audio/visual equipment and rolling whiteboards.
The Madison Meeting Center also offers a pricing model that caters to small groups and is a first on the Las Vegas Strip. The all-inclusive Daily Meeting Package allows planners to pay a per-attendee flat rate, taking the guesswork out of the costing process.
The Ideation Studio and Madison Meeting Center form part of The Meeting Center at Park MGM, a 77,000-square-foot conference area that includes an expansive ballroom, 29 meeting rooms, and a 4,345-square-foot private outdoor terrace. In addition to the meeting space, Dolby Live, the centerpiece of Park MGM’s entertainment experience, doubles as an event space that can accommodate up to 5,200 attendees within 30,000 square feet.Â
Bellagio’s Grand Patio offers a unique outdoor space where groups can host receptions and dinners with views over the resort’s iconic pools and courtyards. The stylish 6,082-square foot patio can accommodate groups of 250-275 for a standing reception and offers an unrivalled open-air location in the heart of the strip with an enchanting upscale ambience.
Rivea+ is the private dining room of the restaurant Rivea by Michelin Star chef Alain Ducasse, located on the 64th floor of Delano Las Vegas. The private space can accommodate groups of up to 60 and boasts stunning 180-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip and desert mountain skyline. Rivea offers French and Italian Riviera-inspired cuisine focused on Mediterranean flavors and made using West Coast-sourced seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include Prosciutto and Arugula Pizzeria, Roasted Panisse and Lobster Risotto. As well as its private dining space, Rivea’s main dining room can accommodate up to 190 with outdoor patio seating for up to 67.
Adjacent to Rivea on the 64th floor of Delano Las Vegas is the Skyfall Lounge, featuring chic futuristic decor by acclaimed French-Canadian designers Sanjit Manu and Patrick Jouin, as well as 180-degree views of the Las Vegas skyline. Skyfall Lounge is a partnership between Rivea’s Alain Ducasse and mixology experts Proprietors LLC, who have opened renowned cocktail bars in New York City and Los Angeles. Skyfall Lounge can accommodate 800-900 and is available for buyouts and corporate events.
T-Mobile Arena is a 650-000-square-foot venue located on the Strip between New York-New York and Park MGM. The LEED Gold Certified facility can accommodate up to 20,000 attendees for awards shows, concerts and large-scale events, and features a 75,000-square-foot loading dock with staging and storage facilities. Luxury suites and premium seating are available, including two Party Suites, 44 Luxury Suites, 8 Event Level Suites and more than two dozen private loge boxes as well as multiple suites and VIP entrances. The venue also includes Hyde Lounge, an exclusive 18,000-square-foot nightclub that is open during all events and available for private functions. T-Mobile Arena is adjacent to The Park, an outdoor dining and entertainment district, via the open-air Toshiba Plaza, which offers two acres of event space with three outdoor stages.
