F1 Arcade Las Vegas positions its Formula 1 simulation concept for planners seeking experiential venues for meetings, corporate events and buyouts in Las Vegas.
Located at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, the 21,000-sf venue spans two levels and accommodates up to 690 guests for full buyouts. Planners can book semi-private spaces, private rooms or full-venue experiences and integrate racing simulators and interactive gaming into event programming.

The full-buyout configuration features 87 racing simulators, multiple bars and 19 large-format screens, including a 9-foot LED display. The setup supports brand activations, watch parties, networking events and large-scale receptions.
Where Meetings Hit the Fast Lane
The venue’s private Briefing Room hosts up to 220 guests and includes 23 simulators, dining space, AV capabilities and a terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Planners can also divide the space into two smaller rooms for breakout sessions or more intimate functions.
Beyond receptions and meetings, the venue incorporates team-building through racing competitions and reaction-based games designed to encourage group participation and engagement.
Food & Beverage: Upgraded to Full Speed
The food and beverage program centers on shareable dishes and customizable beverage packages, including cocktails, beer, wine, spirits and zero-proof options tailored for group events.
F1 Arcade Las Vegas positions the venue as an alternative to traditional buyouts and restaurant spaces, particularly for incentive groups and planners seeking integrated entertainment within their programs.
The venue also offers street-level access near the Las Vegas Strip and valet service, supporting smooth movement between hotels, meetings and off-site events.
