Set to officially complete a multi-phase, multi-million-dollar renovation in Jan. 2026, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort is repositioning itself as a standout oceanfront option for meetings, incentives and small-to-midsize events in South Florida.
The newly renovated beachfront resort will debut fully refreshed 219 guest rooms, including a brand-new tower housing 119 redesigned guest rooms. Enhancements extend beyond accommodations to include reimagined public spaces and 8,000 sf of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
The resort’s refreshed meeting venues include a 2,800-sf ballroom accommodating up to 250 attendees, a 3,000-sf oceanfront terrace ideal for receptions and networking events, and two additional breakout spaces totaling 1,300 sf.
New amenities include a 3,000-sf zero-entry pool, private cabanas, firepit lounges and a sand-filled ceremony nook, offering creative settings for wellness sessions, experiential activations, sunset receptions and team-building events.
All guest rooms feature private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. Suite accommodations provide additional flexibility for VIP stays, hospitality suites, or informal breakout lounges. Enhancing the group experience further are two new on-site dining concepts—The Kester and The Citrus Club—designed to support elevated group dining, cocktail receptions and casual poolside functions. Foxtail Coffee Co. adds a convenient option for early-morning meetings and networking breaks.
To attract group business, the resort is offering a suite of value-added incentives, including a 1/35 complimentary room policy, flexible attrition terms, discounted resort fees for all attendees, 20 percent off in-house audiovisual packages and double Marriott Bonvoy points. As a bonus, groups of 50 or more will receive complimentary acoustic music entertainment for up to two hours, ideal for welcome receptions or sunset gatherings.
The property is located just 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and near Pompano Beach’s revitalized pier and growing dining scene.
