MPI is presenting its signature event, the World Education Congress (WEC) next week (June 17-20), bringing together an expected 2,000+ event professionals to the America’s Center in St. Louis, MO.

The annual convention prides itself on being a combination of deep, actionable learning and real-world application. WEC sessions are led by experts who’ve produced exceptional events through solving real problems—and they’re ready to show you exactly how they did it.

Whether you’re collaborating in a workshop, rolling up your sleeves in hands-on training or getting inspired by the keynotes, WEC St. Louis programs have been designed to let you walk away with strategies you can immediately put into action.

Attendees also will get a look at the $256 million expansion and facelift at the America’s Center Convention Complex, which is nearing completion.

Essential Keynotes

Three days of education and networking will include inspiring keynote sessions with Inventor and Ethologist, Temple Grandin; Activist and Educator Brittany Packnett Cunningham; and International Keynote Speaker/Motivational Storyteller Daniel Lewis.

Featured concurrent speakers include Rashmi Airan, CEO of Ethics Integrated; Michael Domingues, President & CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels; Kelly Knowlen, VP Sales, Engagements and Special Events for Hilton; and Jason Dorsey, President and Lead Researcher, The Center for Generational Kinetics.

Presenters for the event add a touch of celebrity, with a singer from NBC’s The Voice among them, while more than 120 speakers will be heading sessions over two days.

Planners also can take advantage of a range of certificate instruction, including the CMP Academy Certificate; the Contract & Negotiation Specialist Certificate; the AI-Enhanced Professional Certificate; and the Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate.

Throughout the event, there will be plenty of networking breaks along with nightly get-togethers, while Career Collective Pods will be hosting career coaching and appointments throughout the day from the 18th-20th. The Marketplace also will be open on the afternoon of June 18th, and full days on the 19th and 20th.

Being mindful of those with neurodiverse issues, there will be a Quiet Room for anyone who needs a break as well as general sessions in smaller spaces.
