The research focuses on how content production, personalization and tech-forward venues are shaping site selection and incentive design.

AI in Action: Shaping the Future of Incentives.  Tiffany Cohen, Senior Vice President for Incentives and Global Sourcing at Opus Agency, on how AI is taking incentives to entirely new levels. The interactive session will explore AI-powered agents and other solutions supporting incentive travel professionals right now, with plenty of chances to play with the technology during the session.
