Delano, the iconic centerpiece of Miami Beach, will have a soft opening in late March 2026 following a transformation that celebrates the city’s unique spirit.
Central to this new chapter is a partnership with Paris Society, marking the hospitality group’s first U.S. venture and introducing two of its most celebrated culinary concepts: Italian favorite Gigi Rigolatto and World’s 50 Best–listed Mimi Kakushi.
Founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, Paris Society operates more than 70 ultra-premium venues worldwide across dining, nightlife, hotels and events.
“Opening at Delano Miami Beach feels like a natural extension of our world,” said CEO Rizwan Kassim in a media announcement noting the group’s design-led approach where cuisine, atmosphere, and experience converge. “Opening at Delano Miami Beach, and as part of the Ennismore family, makes this collaboration feel like a natural extension of our world,” Kassim said.

Gigi Rigolatto, arriving from Paris, St. Tropez, Rome, Dubai and Bodrum, brings its signature Alla Grande Italian lifestyle to Miami. Designed by Hugo Toro, the vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired space extends from Delano’s first floor to the Beach Club, offering indoor dining, poolside seating and beach cabana dining in addition to being anchored by the Bellini Bar.
The menu celebrates generous, shareable Italian classics, while an adjoining concept store offers curated fashion, homeware, wellness items and Gigi’s signature scent.
Located on the hotel’s fourth floor, Mimi Kakushi is an Osaka-1920s–inspired Japanese restaurant accessible exclusively to Delano Members Club and hotel guests. Designed by Pirajeen Lees, the space blends Oriental Art Deco with modern elegance.
The menu reimagines Japanese classics with a Western flair , featuring signature dishes such as black cod, Donabe rice, and Kagoshima wagyu. Mimi Kakushi’s award-winning cocktail program draws inspiration from the life of Japanese silent film star Sessue Hayakawa, pairing cinematic storytelling with inventive mixology.
Ranked #36 on The World’s 50 Best Bars and #1 in the Middle East in 2025, and #37 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, Mimi Kakushi’s arrival further elevates Delano Miami Beach as a global dining destination.
