WynnNext year, groups meeting in Las Vegas will be able to get down to business and watch the balls hit the turf on the 18th hole of the revitalized Wynn Golf Club.

Adjacent to Wynn Las Vegas, the new 300,000-sf meeting space, currently dubbed “The Meeting Complex,” will sprawl over two levels and include a 83,000-sf ballroom—all with views of the golf course and iconic Wynn waterfall.

“All of the meeting space has views of something,” explains Chris Flatt, EVP hotel sales and marketing for Wynn Las Vegas, during a recent chat with Prevue. “Groups want to be able to see outside or be outside. How we create these spaces and opportunities at our Las Vegas properties is what differentiates us.”

“Groups want to be able to see outside or be outside. How we create these spaces and opportunities at our Las Vegas properties is what differentiates us.”

Flatt includes Encore Las Vegas in this statement, which offers the same level of luxury as Wynn, but with a different style. “Small- to mid-size groups tend to stay at Encore,” she adds, “while the larger groups head to Wynn.”

All-in-all, there are 4,700 rooms split between the two properties and both will surely benefit from the new meetings complex, as well as Encore’s revised restaurant concept, Wynn’s room remodel, and the new 20,000-sf pavilion and 20,000-sf lawn space that are also in the works.

While group programming at The Meeting Complex is still in the works, groups can currently experience everything from a winemaker dinner series and culinary masterclasses to cake decorating and floral arranging classes at Wynn.
