ARIA Resort & Casino, located in the heart of Las Vegas, is founded on the concept of intelligent luxury—delivering beauty, comfort and innovation, while conserving natural resources.
Innovative technology combined with clean air, natural lighting and 500,000 square feet of flexible space just steps away from its rooms and suites make ARIA the ideal meeting place. The resort’s convention space exceeds MGM Resorts International’s commitment to build all new venues to LEED Gold standards or better, creating one of the most expansive high-end, environmentally friendly meeting facilities in the world.
The AAA Five Diamond resort is committed to sustainable design, and is among the first Las Vegas hotels to have achieved LEED® Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The ARIA Campus opened as the largest privately funded LEED Gold project in the world, and incorporates the best in green thinking, from a near smoke-free casino to special parking for hybrid vehicles. The property also utilizes recycled barn wood and wood from responsibly managed forests, advanced technology to attain a 30 percent improvement of energy efficiency as well as innovation to create the world’s first fleet of alternative-fuel limousines.
Native plants and trees contribute a desert ambiance to ARIA’s spaces, which incorporate drought-tolerant landscaping and ultra-energy efficient and water efficient design. Flexible space includes seven ballrooms ranging from 17,500 to 51,000 square feet, five with fully functioning theatrical stages. Each level offers additional breakout meeting rooms from 400 to 3,400 square feet to host smaller programs. ARIA’s Catering and Banquet teams offer customizable menus to elevate events, and attendees will always feel connected with tech tables and charging capabilities throughout the Foyer space.
Meeting and event space includes the Cypress Lounge, designed for more intimate meetings with intricate presentation requirements; while for larger events, the Bristlecone Ballroom boasts 51,225 square feet of space, and the Pinyon Ballroom offers 38,070 square feet of space. The two ballrooms are located directly across from one another, which creates natural flow of just over 89,000 square feet of space. Ceiling height is 24 ft, and two loading docks are adjacent for efficient setup and tear down.
ARIA’s award-winning, technologically advanced convention center recently underwent a 200,000-square-foot expansion and boasts stunning indoor/open-air spaces with two breathtaking verandas and a glass-enclosed venue with dramatic views of The Park and T-Mobile® Arena.
In addition to its accolades for sustainable design, construction and transportation, ARIA has also received a 5 Keys rating from the Green Key Eco-Rating Program for its ongoing operational commitment to sustainability, an award bestowed on only 1 percent of the hotels rated.
