New York-based Mexican fine dining restaurant, Rosa Mexicano will open its first Orlando-area location in early 2023 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.
Located in the Dolphin (replacing the current restaurant Fresh Mediterranean Market), Rosa Mexicano will offer a fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. With every dish we honor Mexican heritage, as well as the culinary techniques, global explorations, and inspirations of our founding chef, Josefina Howard.
“Rosa Mexicano is the perfect partner to enhance our current dining options,” said Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Area General Manager Sean Verney. “We pride ourselves on offering the best quality restaurant experiences for our hotel guests – as well as local Orlando residents – and Rosa Mexicano delivers on that promise. We’re excited to be home to their first Florida location, starting in early 2023.”
The menu will also feature some of the restaurant’s award-winning margaritas, including the Rosa Mexicano signature frozen pomegranate – named Best in New York City.
The 5,500-square-foot restaurant will offer a number of seating areas with a capacity of about 300 guests. An upscale bar is located in the center along with an amazing private dining room that seats 50.
