Caribe Royale Orlando Marks 30 Years With New Enhancements

Caribe Royale Orlando is marking its 30th anniversary with a slate of new and refreshed experiences, including a redesigned signature restaurant, updated two-bedroom villas and an expansion of its popular Stadium Club sports venue.

The Orlando resort, which bills itself as the city’s only AAA Four Diamond all-suite meetings resort, will celebrate its anniversary on Oct. 15 as it enters its fourth decade. The milestone comes as the property continues investing in spaces and experiences designed to appeal to meeting planners, corporate groups and incentive programs.

“As we celebrate this milestone, we’re also doubling down on our commitment to continually reimagine the guest experience for leisure travelers, meeting planners and event attendees. Whether guests are gathering for a family vacation, a corporate conference or a championship weekend, we want Caribe Royale Orlando to continue to set the standard for hospitality across Orlando while honoring the legacy that has made us such a special destination for the last three decades,” said Amaury Piedra, VP Operations & Managing Director of Caribe Royale Orlando, in a press statement.

30 Years In. Just Getting Started

Caribe Royale Orlando’s 30th anniversary celebration will unfold through a series of guest experiences, exclusive offers and interactive activations, including:

  •   30 Stories. 30 Weeks – Caribe Royale Orlando will share 30 stories over 30 weeks that spotlight the people, memories and milestones that have defined the resort over the past three decades. The social media series will offer an inside look at the stories and people that continue to shape Caribe Royale Orlando’s next chapter.
  •   30 Days. 30 Surprises. Celebrating 30 Years. – Every day throughout October, one guest will receive a surprise during their stay. Surprise experiences may include a Villa upgrade, private pool cabana, The Venetian Chop House tasting experience, spa treatment, Stadium Club simulator experience, champagne and dessert or a future weekend getaway.
  •   The 30 Club – Guests celebrating their 30th birthday alongside Caribe Royale Orlando, between Oct. 1, 2026 and Oct. 14, 2027, will be eligible for a special anniversary experience featuring a personalized welcome amenity, celebratory dessert, signature anniversary cocktail, Stadium Club credit or simulator time, commemorative keepsake and additional birthday surprises throughout their stay.
  •   30-Hour Anniversary Sale – For a limited 30-hour booking window, Caribe Royale Orlando will offer a select number of suites at the resort’s original 1996 opening rate, allowing guests to experience the resort while celebrating its history
  •   30th Anniversary Celebration – In early October, guests can snap selfies next to a larger-than-life anniversary cake and chocolate display, handcrafted by the resort’s in-house pastry team. Additionally, the celebration will debut The Royale Rose, a limited-time anniversary cocktail benefiting one of Caribe Royale Orlando’s longtime community partners, reinforcing the resort’s ongoing commitment to giving back.

New Dining Experience

The Venetian Chop House will debut a redesigned space in late September. The renovation includes a new dry-aging room and a 1,400-bottle wine cabinet, along with a refreshed culinary program and updated guest experience. For groups, the restaurant adds another dining option within the resort for corporate meals, celebrations and other events.

Redesigned Villas Add Space for Groups

Beginning in October, the resort will begin the phased rollout of its newly redesigned two-bedroom Villas. The accommodations will feature updated interiors while maintaining the space and privacy that have made the villas an option for larger families and group travelers.

The resort also plans to introduce a villa-exclusive concierge service in early 2027. The service will assist guests with booking on- and off-property experiences, a feature that could be particularly useful for multigenerational travelers and groups coordinating activities beyond the resort.

Stadium Club Expansion Coming in 2027

Caribe Royale is also expanding Stadium Club, its sports-focused entertainment venue. The new Tailgate experience is expected to debut in late 2027 and will give corporate and incentive groups another setting for sports-themed events and social gatherings.

The expansion builds on Stadium Club’s existing mix of sports entertainment and interactive experiences, adding another option for planners looking to incorporate experiential elements into meetings and incentive programs.

Celebrating 30 Years

The resort’s anniversary campaign, “30 Years In. Just Getting Started.,” will run from September 2026 through spring 2027. While the campaign includes guest promotions and anniversary activations, Caribe Royale is also using the milestone to recognize the employees, guests and partners who have shaped the property since its 1996 opening.
