There's always so much new at Disney, and 2023 promises to be a year of celebration.

Paula Smith, executive director of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots, felt that the new offerings for the Diamond Celebration were a real bonus for her attendees at her annual symposium at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel .

Several dishes highlighting some of the new restaurants were served at the event, including ones crafted by Chef Morimoto for his menu at the soon-to-debut Morimoto Asia.
