Rhonda Brewer

Motivation Excellence

With more than 30 years of meeting and incentive experience, Rhonda Brewer currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Motivation Excellence. Most recently, she served as the VP, Sales at BCD Meetings and Events focused on strategic meetings management. She has also worked as a consultant in the industry, served as the Chief Sales and Operations Officer and President of RMC, a destination management company in 2016-2018 and worked at Maritz Travel from 1990-2016 in multiple roles including, sales, operations, purchasing, industry relations and guest services.
Her extensive experience includes, Project Management, Operations, Business Development and Industry Relations, Strategy, Communications, Administration, Business Solutions, Creative Services, Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
Brewer was the President for Society for Incentive Travel Excellence in 2015 and served on the Board of Directors for 6 years from 2012-2017. She is actively involved in SITE at both the global and chapter level and has been serving as a SITE Foundation trustee since 2020.

 

Norma Dean
Director National Specialty Sales
Delta Air Lines

Norma Dean is a 39-year Delta veteran who began her career in New Orleans Delta Reservations Sales. Since that time, she has held jobs of increasing Field Sales responsibility including Account Manager in Baltimore, and District Sales Manager in SW Florida.

From her field experience, Norma came to Delta’s headquarters in Atlanta and was promoted to National Account Manager, overseeing association sales in Washington, New York City and Chicago. Thereafter, she held the position of Global Account Manager-Corporate Sales and then went on to serve as General Manager – Corporate Sales for the Northeast region and General Manager of Specialty Sales.

In her current role as Director- National Specialty Sales, Norma manages $2B in Delta segmented and leisure revenue, including Military & Government, Meetings, Convention & Incentive Sales, Sports & Universities, and Leisure/Tour Operator/Cruise Sales. She is an active industry leader serving on several international boards and committees. Norma was named GBTA WinIt GBTA Female Mentor of the year.

Anne Marie Rogers
Director of Meetings & Incentives
Direct Travel

Anne Marie Rogers, is Direct Travel’s Director of Meetings, Incentives & Events. Anne Marie is an active meeting planner, overseeing all aspects of client meetings and events, including sales, procurement, planning and operations for the Direct Travel meetings, incentives and events.
She has been in the travel industry for many years and is known in the events industry for strong supplier relationships, her understanding of contracts, and her leadership and negotiation skills. She has received both her CIS (Certified Incentive Specialist) and her CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional) designation.
Anne Marie was a a board member of the international Board of Directors of SITE, for six years and a member of the executive committee. She is a former chapter president and Member of the SITE MN chapter. She is currently serving on the SITE Foundation board of trustees. She was previously awarded Planner of the Year from SITE MN.
