Robert has 30 years of sales experience, including 20 in the cruise industry, and more than 15 in the M.I.C.E sector – most recently with Landry & Kling Global Cruise Events, trailblazers in cruise industry meetings and events. Prior roles were charter, groups & incentive sales director USA for Club Med Sales, and International Sales Manager for Norwegian Cruise Line and Orient Lines.

Joyce co-founded Landry & Kling Global Cruise Events company in 1982 as the first to specialize in corporate meetings, incentives, and events at sea. Landry & Kling manages corporate cruise programs, music festivals at sea, theme cruises, and dockside ship charters for global events and disaster relief. Joyce has held positions on several cruise line advisory boards and is considered a pioneer and thought leader in the industry.

 

Joyce’s credentials include being named one of Top 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry by Meeting News magazine. Joyce and her former business partner Jo Kling were also inducted into the Cruise Industry Hall of Fame, in recognition of their visionary role in the use of cruise ships as corporate meeting venues.

With more than 30 years in event management, Adams has held roles in employee management, client account management, and most recently in Sales. In his new position he will focus on enhancing streamlinevents’ relationships within the industry, while at the same time working to address initiatives of business and social importance that align with the core values of streamlinevents. He has actively followed current trends and supports the initiatives streamlinevents has taken to make positive impacts, for example, championing CSR initiatives with clients as well as within the company’s local community.
