Ever since the first Nobu Hotel opened in 2013 within Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nobu Hospitality continues to deliver its luxury hotel experience for interested groups.

After that the Nobu Hotel City of Dreams Manila opened in the Phillipines in 2014. And now three more will add to the rise of Nobu Hotels, with at least seven other hotels on the docket in the next couple years—all of which offer the quintessential foodie offerings from which Nobu got its start.

Nobu Hotel Eden Roc

With a soft opening at the end of last year, Nobu Hotel Eden Roc officially debuted within Eden Roc Resort on Miami Beach this past January, following a multimillion-dollar renovation of the landmark 1950s Morris Lapidus property. Attendees staying at Nobu Hotel will enjoy private check-in and room service from Nobu’s culinary team at the onsite Nobu Restaurant. Artsy groups will especially love the art specifically curated for the hotel from the Brant Foundation Art Study Center. While the indoor-outdoor Nobu Restaurant and Bar offers the brand’s classic Japanese fare, a Malibu Farm restaurant inside the hotel offers a menu that uses organic and local produce.

Nobu Ryokan Malibu

Speaking of Malibu, Nobu Ryokan Malibu, the first of Nobu Hospitality’s Ryokan Collection, will debut on April 28, adjacent to the existing Nobu Restaurant Malibu. The property completely transformed a previous 1950s vintage beach motel. Small groups will delight in the property’s 16 individually designed accommodations, with panoramic views above an ocean-facing courtyard complete with native California plants. Designed after traditional Japanese inns with a minimalist aesthetic, the property features other Japanese design elements such as tatami mats and hand-crafted teak soaking tubs.

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

In addition to opening its first European hotel (Nobu Hotel Shoreditch) in London this June, Nobu plans to open another European property in Ibiza, Spain on June 30. This 152-room lifestyle resort located on the sandy beaches of Talamanca Bay is foodie heaven, with three restaurants and a pool bar. Nobu Restaurant offers the brand’s signature Japanese fusion dishes that also take influence from the local Spanish culture, while Chambao offers Spanish “beach shack” fare with fresh seafood and grilled sardines. Celicioso also features delicious gluten-free meals such as superfood salads and raw juices.
