Nobu Hotel Los Cabos has introduced Beyond Inclusions, Without Limits, With Nobu, a new meetings and events program that brings accommodations, dining and event experiences together in one customizable package for groups.

Built around the philosophy that luxury should never feel complicated, the new package gives planners a simpler way to build a luxury program without having to coordinate every element separately. The offering combines guest accommodations, banquet functions, private events and resort dining, including the opportunity to dine at the iconic Nobu Restaurant.

Rather than treating destination dining and special events as separate items, the program folds many of the resort’s signature experiences into the overall offering. For planners, that means fewer pieces to coordinate and greater visibility into the overall meeting investment.

The Nobu Restaurant experience is a particular draw. The internationally recognized restaurant also is incorporated into the program, giving groups the opportunity to include one of Nobu’s best-known culinary experiences in their itinerary.

Minimalist Decor & Maximum Luxe

Inspired by the property’s Shiawase of the Pacific philosophy, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos combines contemporary Japanese minimalism with the natural setting of Baja California. The resort offers more than 14,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including the Tsuki Ballroom, which accommodates up to 480 guests, the Aozora Ballroom and an additional private meeting room.

Outdoor event options include the oceanfront Shiawase Terrace, which accommodates up to 700 guests, along with the Yakusoku Terrace and Yakusoku Garden for receptions, networking events, executive dinners and other corporate functions.

The resort boasts 200 guestrooms and suites, Nobu Residences for extended stays, a full-service spa and multiple dining venues, with culinary programming led by Executive Chef Diego Sobrino alongside the Nobu Restaurant.

The new program comes as Los Cabos continues to grow as a meetings destination. According to the Los Cabos Tourism Board (FITURCA), the meetings industry generates more than 700 million Mexican pesos (approximately $38 million) annually for the destination. Los Cabos hosts more than 80 percent of the nearly 8,000 meetings held each year in Baja California Sur.

“Today’s corporate groups are looking for far more than exceptional meeting space,” said Manuel Lara, Director of Sales at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in a statement. “They want experiences that inspire meaningful connections while making the planning process as seamless as possible. Beyond Inclusions was created to deliver the elevated hospitality, celebrated culinary experiences, and personalized service that define the Nobu brand in one thoughtfully designed program.”

The Beyond Inclusions program includes:

  • Access to resort dining experiences, including the opportunity to dine at Nobu Restaurant
  • Up to four hours of private event space daily, with banquet menus and international bar service
  • Private indoor events until 11 p.m.
  • Preferential pricing for select outdoor venues overlooking the Pacific
  • Accommodations, dining and event services combined into one program
  • Dedicated group sales support for customized programs
