The newly reimagined property, set to debut in late April, is introducing a limited-time offer designed to attract planners seeking value-added incentives in one of California’s most in-demand destinations.

Available for bookings made through June 30, the group promotion includes a range of concessions tailored to meetings and events, such as triple Hilton Honors Meeting Planner Points, a 50 percent discount on meeting room rentals and a complimentary sparkling wine toast for private onsite dinners.
Additional incentives include guest room upgrades, one complimentary room for every 40 actualized rooms and flexible attrition terms of up to 15 percent, applicable 30 days before arrival. The offer is valid for new groups of 10 or more rooms, with Sunday through Thursday stays.
A Refreshed Meetings Product in Downtown Napa
Located in Napa, the 203-room resort has undergone a multi-million-dollar transformation, positioning it as a full-service meetings option in the heart of wine country. The property features more than 15,000 sf of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, including seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms and the Redwood Lawn, which can accommodate receptions of up to 200 guests.

The resort distinguishes itself as the only full-service property of its kind in downtown Napa, offering walkable access to tasting rooms, restaurants and cultural attractions. This location supports both structured meeting programs and off-site experiences, a key consideration for planners designing immersive itineraries.
Culinary and Wellness Enhancements
On-property amenities further enhance its appeal for group business. The addition of a new outpost of BOA Steakhouse provides a recognizable dining option for group dinners and events, while the introduction of The Spa at Casa Mani and expanded pool facilities offer opportunities for wellness-focused programming and attendee downtime.

The property also incorporates local elements through curated wine experiences and design details reflective of Napa Valley’s identity, aligning with the growing demand for destination-driven meetings.
