“Meet Inspired” Package at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale, Sonesta, Florida
The “Meet Inspired” package is for meetings booked through April 30.

The recently rebranded 240-room Sonesta Fort Lauderdale is offering inspiration to meet there in the form of the “Meet Inspired” package. Planners with meetings generating a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and hosted by December 31, 2015 can book the package now through April 30. It includes suite upgrades; complimentary guest rooms; a one-hour welcome reception featuring house selected beer, wine and chef’s choice hors d’oeuvres; complimentary coffee breaks with the purchase of beverage refresh; and free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers more than 8,000 sf of meeting space, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, business services include complimentary iPad rentals, copy and fax services, and package handling and delivery.

The Sonesta’s beachfront location is ideal for attendees once the meeting ends, too. Just across the street are seven miles of beach for walking and jogging. For those who wish to explore the city, the hop-on, hop-off water taxi has a stop just three blocks away. They can purchase tickets on board and take in the scenery as the taxi makes its way through the city’s many canals. It’s the perfect way to get to know Fort Lauderdale.

Other activities include golf at the Jacaranda Golf Club in nearby Plantation; bike rentals right outside the hotel; and watersports including deep sea fishing excursions, kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing and paddle-boarding, all of which can be booked through the front desk.
