The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon will remain fully operational as it undergoes a top-to-bottom renovation that includes a new meeting venue, refreshed guest rooms and suites, upgraded public spaces and enhanced food and beverage concepts.
A centerpiece of the renovation is Swaying Palm, a new 2,700-sf meeting and event space designed to accommodate corporate gatherings, incentive groups and social events. The property’s current capacity for meetings and events is over 30,000 sf with breakout rooms and additional outdoor configurations.
The new Swaying Palm venue features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the resort’s championship golf course, along with custom lighting installations and design elements inspired by Naples’ natural landscapes. The space expands the resort’s ability to host executive meetings, retreats and private celebrations in a flexible indoor setting.
The venue addition strengthens the property’s appeal for planners seeking luxury golf resort venues with built-in access to leisure programming and resort amenities.
The hotel’s transformation extends across all guest rooms, suites, lobby areas and public spaces. Guest accommodations will feature updated layouts, enhanced lighting and private terraces overlooking the golf course and surrounding greenery. Public areas will adopt a contemporary, nature-inspired design palette to improve flow and guest experience.
The renovation also introduces new dining concepts designed to elevate the on-property experience. Palmera, a new restaurant and grill, will focus on seasonal dishes and craft cocktails, offering a versatile setting for group dinners and networking events. Meanwhile, Fenrose will bring a refined take on à la carte French breakfast service, complemented by Cafe Fenrose, an all-day market concept featuring artisanal coffee and grab-and-go options.
The resort will continue to operate throughout the renovation, maintaining full access to key amenities including championship golf at Tiburon Golf Club, tennis programming at the Mouratoglou Tennis Center and the on-site waterpark.
