Tahira Endean
CITP, CMP, DES, & CED

Head of Events, SITE Global l Author, Intentional Event Design, Our Professional Opportunity.

Tahira is a curious event producer, passionate about intentional event design in live, virtual and hybrid formats and how we can use technology to enhance the human experience at events and everyday.

A believer in life-long learning she has earned her CITP Certified Incentive Travel Professional, DES Digital Event Strategist, CMP Certified Meeting Professional and CED Certified Event Designer to augment her Professional Instructors Diploma, Event Management Diploma and Bachelor of Hospitality Management.

Tahira is committed to the industry and has been recognized for a range of contributions, including MPI BC Chapter Mentor of the Year (2018) and in 2015 Tahira was inducted into the Meetings Canada Hall of Fame in the Big Idea category. Tahira contributed to the 9th edition of the CIC Manual which provides the framework for the CMP studies and has had the opportunity to speak around the globe for a variety of event industry conferences.

Driven by a fascination with what we are learning about neuroscience and the power of the five senses to enhance memory, knowledge retention and improve connections, she is continually seeking appropriate ways to design the most relevant incentive. meeting and event environments. Lain Hensley
Head Dream Chaser & Co-Founder, Odyssey Teams

In 2014, Lain won a hard-fought battle against cancer and he hasn’t taken a minute of life for granted since. A master of metaphors, he uses stories and emotion to connect with audiences. He seamlessly builds bridges between your organizational values and individual action items. Employees will leave the program feeling inspired to make a positive difference in the way they do their work. Josh Adams
CMP, Industry Relations Strategist, streamlinevents

Josh Adams, CMP is a 40+ year veteran of the travel and corporate events industry, currently applying his passion and experience to his role as Industry Relations Strategist/Business Development at streamlinevents. His experience leading up to his role has covered multiple facets of the event industry from catering, to driving a tour bus to roles as a corporate event planner, Director of Event Operations, and most recently as Vice President of Sales.

In his current role as Industry Relations Strategist, Josh actively participates on various Event organization committees (VP, Education for MPI Northern California, DEI Committee for MPI Global, DEI Committee for MPI Northern California), six U.S. city CABs, international city and conference boards, and several hotel advisory boards. He is most passionate discussing industry trends and brings that passion to the table when hosting a streamlinevents series called Brainshare, an open forum for event professionals to share best practices and current trends.

Greg Kaul
Regional General Manager: Florida l Texas, 360 Destination Group

After graduation from the University of Kansas, Greg moved to Orlando to focus his career on sales and customer service as a Cast Member for five years with Walt Disney World. He then consistently exceeded personal and team goals as a top Sales Executive and Director of Sales in convention sales and management in the Destination Management industry in Orlando before relocating to Dallas with his family in 2013 as a General Manager of a new office.

Greg returned to Florida in 2019 and currently works remote from his home in Tampa as Regional General Manager for 360 Destination Group. Greg is known for his unique Zoom meeting backdrop of beer cans from his lifelong collection, Jayhawk alumni and fan as well as coach and father of two children.
