Greater Miami and Miami Beach are expanding their LGBTQ+ lineup for this year’s Pride Month celebrations. This season’s programming includes the return of major Pride celebrations, new LGBTQ+-focused public spaces and a growing calendar of entertainment and nightlife events happening through June.

Pride Month celebrations offer compelling travel inspiration for groups, blending culture, entertainment, community connections and immersive destination experiences.

Miami Beach Pride Leaves a Lasting Mark

During Miami Beach Pride, the city unveiled a relocated LGBTQIA+ crosswalk installation in Lummus Park, reassembled using more than 3,600 colorful pavers near its original Ocean Drive location.

The installation serves as a renewed symbol of visibility and support for the LGBTQ+ community while further enhancing Miami Beach’s reputation as an inclusive destination for travelers year-round.

In another notable development, Palace South Beach partnered with Boucher Brothers and the City of Miami Beach’s LGBTQIA+ Advisory Committee to officially relaunch Gay Beach near 12th Street. The revitalized beachfront experience introduces enhanced food and beverage offerings, along with beach-chair concierge services.

Pride Events Expand Across Miami

Pride programming will continue throughout June with a growing lineup of events across Greater Miami and Miami Beach. Among the highlights is Wynwood Pride, which returns to the Wynwood Arts District with multiple events scheduled throughout the month.

Additional activations include “Vizcaya Late: Pride Edition” at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens on June 5 and “CommuniTea Dance” at Adrienne Arsht Center on June 7, both designed to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and community through entertainment and social experiences.
