JetBlue has announced plans to introduce new daily nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The new route is scheduled to launch on March 30 with tickets now on sale.
The Cleveland–New York service builds on JetBlue’s existing nonstop flights from CLE to Boston, another focus city for the airline, and enhances connectivity through JFK.
From New York, Cleveland-area travelers will gain access to JetBlue’s broader network, including one-stop connections to dozens of destinations across Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as daytime service to London Heathrow and flights operated by JetBlue’s global airline partners.
Flights to the Big Apple
“New York is not only a great destination and business hub, but it’s now another JetBlue gateway for Clevelanders and Northeast Ohioans,” said Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s Vice President of Network Planning and Airline Partnerships, in a media statement. “With our new route, Cleveland customers can choose what works best for them, unlocking even more access to JetBlue’s growing leisure network.”
With its schedule from JFK, JetBlue offers access to in-demand destinations including Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, San Juan, Punta Cana, Aruba and Cancun, among many others. Flights between New York and Cleveland will operate on JetBlue’s A220 aircraft. To celebrate, flights are on sale today with introductory one-way fares available from $49.
