Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa has launched “More Aloha, Less Planning,” a new all-inclusive meeting package designed to streamline event planning while delivering an elevated resort experience.
With this customizable new program, planners can bundle dining, beverages and group amenities into one seamless offering, creating an effortless way to host meetings and retreats at the award-winning Kauai resort.
“Our ‘More Aloha, Less Planning’ offer allows planners to focus on connection, creativity, and enjoying the stunning natural beauty of the Garden Island while we take care of the details,” said GM Michael Murphy in a media statement.

The exclusive food and beverage experience is available for groups booking 50 rooms or fewer for a minimum stay of three nights. The three options include the following:
The All-Inclusive Experience
The all-inclusive package features a daily buffet breakfast at Ilima Terrace, the resort’s open-air restaurant overlooking the resort’s lush gardens and the Pacific Ocean. Lunch is available at Ilima Terrace, Captain’s Bar, a relaxed bar located next to the adults-only pool, or Hale Nalu, the resort’s family-friendly poolside restaurant serving casual dining selections.
For dinner, groups can select from pre-set menus at the resort’s signature dining establishments including Tidepools, an award-winning restaurant set above a koi-filled lagoon; Stevenson’s Library, which offers a variety of fresh sushi; and Seaview Terrace, a scenic indoor/outdoor restaurant featuring panoramic views of the waterfront setting and offering nightly live local music performances.
The package also includes an all-day beverage program featuring a selection of beer, wine by the glass and select premium cocktails.
Modified All-Inclusive Option
For groups seeking additional flexibility, the Modified All-Inclusive option includes the same daily buffet breakfast at Ilima Terrance, lunch selections, and the all-day beverage package while allowing planners to arrange separate group dining experiences in the evening.
This option provides planners with the ability to incorporate private dinners, themed receptions or off-property culinary experiences while still benefiting from the convenience of the all-inclusive program.
Breakfast and Beverage Package
The resort also introduced a “Breakfast and Beverage Package,” which includes daily breakfast at Ilima Terrace along with the beverage selections offered in the other packages. This streamlined option provides planners with a lighter package while still allowing groups to enjoy the resort’s exceptional dining and beverage offerings throughout their stay.
