There’s no shortage of either celebrities or restaurants when it comes to Las Vegas, but there’s also no doubt Caesars Entertainment tops the list. And the good eats keep on coming, with recent and near-future openings that widen meeting planners’ selections for small- to midsize group events.

Following over a century of serving the finest aged steaks in New York City, Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas brought its beer hall and bow-tie esthetic to this first-ever non-Big Apple destination in North America when it debuted in Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Located above a state-of-the-art dry-aging room that’s home to $1 million worth of beef, this iconic steak house can seat 300 attendees in its main dining room, private dining areas and bustling central bar. With an exposed brick, wood-paneled, industrial design inspired by the NYC location, Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas serves up sizzling iconic dishes paired with an elevated selection of wine that makes it a must on the NYC restaurant circuit.

Eggs Royale at Brasserie B by Bobby Flay, Caesars Palace.

Newly opened Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is another feather in the cap of the Chef’s longstanding partnership with Caesars Entertainment, serving up French-inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exquisite pastries, unique raw bar selections and other starters, entrees and desserts are served up with Bobby Flay’s signature twists—think lobster avec frites—accompanied by classic brasserie cocktails, martinis, French wines, beers and ciders. The ambiance is chic Paris bistro, with cane-backed chairs and subway tiles, intimate by Vegas standards by welcoming only 175 diners at a time; private dining rooms are available.

European elegance continues to be a theme in the soon-to-open Caspian’s, an opulent, intimate escape steps from the Caesars Las Vegas casino that offers attendees a posh caviar and cocktail bar with a secret. Tucked away in the back, down a dimly lit hallway, is a door that leads to the second main event: a lush speakeasy with a vibrant décor that serves up cocktails and live performances in Art Deco richness. Drama is the name of the game—think oversized couches in brown, blue and gold velvet, a dramatic chandelier and 16-ft ceilings.

Pinky’s by Vanderpump will open at the Flamingo this summer.

This summer will also welcome another collaboration between the svelte Lisa Vanderpump with the opening of Pinky’s by Vanderpump, so-called after the Bravolebrity’s nickname. Building on her successes at Caesar’s Palace and Paris Las Vegas, Vanderpump will enchant attendees at the Flamingo Las Vegas with a nearly 7,000 sq. ft. eatery that will combine her signature sumptuous flair with Art Deco design. Here, too, drama is a given, with bespoke everything and an extravagance that will extend to the cocktail and food menus. Playful and Instagram-ready, Pinky’s by Vanderpump will become a new favorite of attendees’ Las Vegas experience.
