There’s still time to have your say in Prevue’s inaugural Planner of the Year award… but the clock is ticking.
Prevue launched the first-ever Meeting Planner Appreciation Month this September to recognize the meeting and incentive professionals who spend their careers bringing people together. As part of the month-long celebration, Prevue is also presenting its inaugural Planner of the Year award, honoring a planner whose creativity, leadership and contributions are helping shape the industry.
The leading nominees were selected from nominations submitted by meeting planners, incentive planners and industry suppliers earlier this year. Voting is still open, but the deadline is approaching.
The winner will be announced live at IMEX America on Oct. 14 at 3 p.m. at the Prevue booth, D2558, giving planners attending the show a chance to celebrate the honoree in person.
Prevue also will be announcing the the winners of stays at Caesars Entertainment properties, Citizens watches and TUMI luggage, so there will be plenty of reasons to stop by the booth and celebrate.
One Month, One Big Thank You
Meeting Planner Appreciation Month was created to recognize the professionals who spend their careers bringing people together, strengthening organizations and driving business and economic impact. Throughout September, the industry has been encouraged to #ThankAPlanner by recognizing a planner or planning team, sharing stories, offering professional development or simply taking the time to say thank you.
The month-long celebration also includes the inaugural Meeting Planner Appreciation Month Yearbook, thank-you videos, recognition opportunities and giveaways.
