The experts at Bill Hansen Luxe and Constellation Culinary Group have come up with 5 playful F&B ideas for your next event.

Why not start off 2023 with some fun F&B? Whether it’s a smoky cocktail or a scoop of purple ice cream, the experts at Bill Hansen Luxe and Constellation Culinary Group (CCG) are onto something!

Snap & Sip Cocktail

The Snap & Sip Cocktail creates an edible printed image floating on a cocktail that can be customized with any shot. This Instagram-worthy idea adds a unique touch to the cocktail hour and gives guests something to buzz about.

At the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), there has been an increase in creative mocktails to cater to guests looking to abstain from alcohol. Kombucha is also making a presence, and the CCG team predicts that it will soon develop into a cocktail.

Ube Everything

A unique purple sweet potato is sneaking its way into the F&B scene. Ube flavor is said to be even sweeter and more mellow than an orange, and high in healthy carbs, vitamins, fiber and extra-high levels of antioxidants. This new ingredient is being transformed into sweet treats like doughnuts and even soft-serve ice cream.

Butter Boards

The team at PAMM has noticed a new F&B trend, a twist on the traditional charcuterie. Butter boards are an easy and flavorful way to give guests a creamy topping to their appetizer and the toppings are endless. For a sweet and spicy kick, guests can add a chili drizzle with honey topped over the butter, as well as roasted garlic, lemon zest and herbs galore.

Edible Smoke

Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach has noticed a few new F&B trends emerge while others re-appear. New are edible smoke bubble cocktails, where the person can taste the alcohol or flavor as they take a sip of the drink. Back again are champagne towers, which can be used to set a high-end vibe for any event.
