A New Gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Naples Beach Club Shines for Top-Tier Incentive Groups.

Fresh from a multi-million dollar redevelopment, Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, is scheduled to open October 25, 2025. Planners of top level incentives and luxury events know the gorgeous beachfront setting on Florida’s Gulf Coast as the former home of the iconic Naples Beach Hotel. Now it is re-emerging as part of a bespoke, 125-acre luxury development crowned by the 220-room resort, whose chic coastal style reflects the relaxed elegance and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is known.

Among the highlights of the re-imagined Naples Beach Club:

Outdoor and indoor event space. Groups can enjoy the Florida sunshine at flexible open-air event spaces, as well as on Naples’ famed white sand beach. A total of 32,853 sq-ft of meeting space includes two sunlit ballrooms and beachfront terraces. The largest ballroom measures 4,390 sq-ft and can accommodate groups of up to 400 attendees for a reception and 280 for a sit-down banquet.

Onsite fun. The Market Square is a garthering place not only for grab-and-go treats but also has a plush private screening room, regulation four-lane bowling alley, professional putting green and a thoughtfully curated game room.

Sanctuary Spa.  With health and wellness at the forefront of group trends, attendess will appreciate the 30,000 sq-ft, bi-level wellness center with a restorative thermal circuit, rooftop lap pool and state-of-the-art fitness facility designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

Elevated F&B. The resort’s signature ocean view restaurant, The Merchant Room, returns with a new menu from two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen, featuring feature Gulf Coast flavors and seasonal New American dishess served both indoors and outdoors. The more casual HB’s, said to be the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples, is back with a fresh new look and  toes-in-the-sand dining experience featuring freshly caught local seafood and regionally sourced cuisine. Also returning is the popular Sunset Bar, serving tropical cocktails and Latin-inspired food at a picture-perfect sunset location.

•Ocean inspired luxe style. Guest rooms and suites feature expansive terraces furnished with plush daybeds and dining areas for fluid indoor-outdoor living. The high-ceilinged rooms have carved teak consoles and upholstered banquette dining nooks nestled beneath sea glass chandeliers. Color punches of flamingo pink and periwinkle blue lacquer on guest room cabinetry add coastal flair. “Naples Beach Club is our modern expression of the cherished traditions and style of Naples,” said the resort’s General Manager Diego Angarita.
