Renovations, team building activities and long-stay packages at Palladium resorts cater to groups.
The Palladium Hotel Group is on the map for MICE, with a wide variety of hotels and resorts that range from urban hotels in the most popular Spanish capital cities to tropical resorts in Europe, the Caribbean, the Pacific and Brazil. These properties offer versatile meeting spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology, expert in-house event professionals and personalized services for everything from small boardroom sessions to large conferences.
“Our commitment to delivering exceptional MICE experiences is aligned with the growing recognition of the importance of in-person events,” said Zoe Lara, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Americas. “We offer flexible meeting facilities, world-class accommodations and access to unique leisure activities, creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration and business growth.”
Increased interest in all-inclusive resorts for meetings and incentives over the past several years has attracted groups to the many Palladium resorts in tropical locales—and research suggests that the appeal of all-inclusives is here to stay. In the Incentive Research Foundation’s (IRF) 2024 Attendee Preferences for Incentive Travel study, 79 percent of respondents cited an all inclusive resort as being extremely or somewhat appealing. As well, the bileisure travel trend of adding leisure time to business trips continues to gain traction, with more employees opting to extend their incentive trips for personal enjoyment, according to the most recent IRF Incentive Travel Index. Palladium Hotel Group has responded to these trends by offering such amenities as high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces within each guestroom, tembuilding activities under the sun and long-stay packages that provide value and flexibility. Each property is designed to combine business with leisure, allowing attendees to unwind and recharge after a productive day.
As well, free-standing convention centers at Palladium resorts in the Caribbean are purpose-built for groups. The 1,618 room Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic features a recently-renovated convention center that can accommodate up to 500 attendees theater-style. Renovations include state-of-the-art technology updates throughout the space and a refreshed coffee break room with new decorative fixtures and a larger foyer for receptions. Exterior updates include new façade cladding, decorative latticework and enhanced landscaping.
