One&Only Moonlight Basin, Montana

When it opens winter of 2024/2025, One&Only Moonlight Basin will be a 92-room resort with a separate ski lodge and spa, as well as offering up 62 stunning private residences mixed perfectly into the Alpine setting. The resort will also offer a dedicated gondola that connects guests with 5,800 acres of skiing.

The main lodge will consist of 73 guest rooms and suites. There will also be 19 villas for the ultimate in privacy. Additionally, a Chenot Swiss Spa will combine traditional Chinese healing with Western medicine.

Set to open in fall 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie is designed to be an exclusive sanctuary, tucked away with its own onsite citrus grove, yet close enough to easily reach Scottsdale. The lush retreat will feature a two-story pampering spa and a 400-foot swimming pool with pool bar, while—leading the way for Ritz-Carlton—introducing bipolar ionization to purify every guestroom and casita.

With a lush, natural setting and 20,000 square feet of event space as well as an outdoor amphitheater and seven event lawns framed by abundant gardens, the resort is ideal for events and meetings of all types.

Part of a nearly 2,000‑room addition across multiple Hilton brands, Motto by Hilton New York City Times Square expands the brand essence of flexible design and local vibe with its second lifestyle hotel in the epicenter of New York City.

Reimagining the large-scale footprint of a New York City hotel, the 400-room Motto New York City Times Square will entice guests looking for connection and efficiency. Guest rooms designed with an intentional footprint feature soft neutral textures offering a cozy escape, while dynamic storage and technology features synthesize their stay. The property’s signature restaurant The Alderman will offer an elegant take on the classic New York City diner with American food and craft cocktails inspired by the beginning of the last century, updated to have a modern flair.

The ideal New York City adventure hub, Motto New York City Times Square is set inside the bustling city center, just above 47th Street. The hotel is steps away from 41 Broadway theaters, immersive spectacles, unique outdoor attractions and distinct dining venues, while also being just minutes from celebrated uptown museums such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA and The Guggenheim, in addition to Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center.

Slated for a spring 2024 opeining and situated at the heart of the city’s iconic Palm Canyon Drive, Thompson Palm Springs will feature 168 bungalow-style rooms, including 18 suites, each offering their own private balconies or outdoor spaces with views of the San Jacinto Mountains and otherworldly Palm Springs desert.

Perched a level above the city streets, Thompson Palm Springs will also house its own mainstay dining concept from a nationally celebrated chef that will feed into the menus at two bespoke pools and accompanying lounges. The hotel will also include Hall Napa Valley, a first-of-its kind tasting room showcasing owners Craig & Kathryn Hall’s family of wines; an exciting new restaurant from famed Los Angeles-based restaurant group Boujis Group; and a national spa and fitness partner.

The Dunlin, Johns Island

Making its debut in 2024 on Johns Island—one of the sparkling Charleston Sea Islands—The Dunlin is designed to be a quintessential Southern retreat, with 52 guesthouse rooms and 20 suites overlooking the Kiawah River, and a main lodge building with a wraparound wooden porch and rocking chairs.

Part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, the new property will include a full-service spa, lounge bar and dining room, along with outdoor activities ranging from beach excursions to fly fishing. Groups can gather in event spaces hosting between 40 and 560.
