A new partnership between hospitality global sales company Associated Luxury Hotels International (AHLI) and meeting and events company Hosts Global is designed to bring expanded destination service support to locations worldwide.

Associated Luxury Hotels International (AHLI) and Hosts Global recently announced a strategic partnership both companies believe will benefit clients of the hospitality global sales company and its new meeting and events company partner. AHLI serves as the global sales organization for 250 independently owned or operated hotels, resorts, cruise ships and DMCs around the world, from 5-Diamond-rated properties to convention hotels to golf, gaming and boutique resorts. Hosts Global provides destination management services — from event design and production, transportation and décor to entertainment, food and beverage experiences and tour programs. Hosts Global’s team on the ground brings local knowledge to support meeting and event planners holding group events in more than 300 destinations worldwide, according to the company.

The idea behind the partnership is to integrate AHLI’s international, luxury portfolio of hotels, resorts and cruise lines with Hosts Global’s suite of destination management company (DMC) tailored event experiences across the distinct destinations it provides its services. This means that clients will be able to take advantage of AHLI’s top-tier venues and use Hosts Global’s comprehensive DMC services to provide a high level of client experiences that cater to the unique qualities of each of the destinations both serve, both companies said.

“There was just such a natural symmetry within our two organizations in approach, culture and focus on the client journey,” said Michael Dominguez, President and CEO of ALHI. “We are excited to leverage the reach and strength of Hosts Global with current and new ALHI clients.”

Hosts Global CEO Kurt Paben also was enthusiastic about the new partnership. “We are delighted to become a member of the ALHI organization and offer ferociously creative destination management services to ALHI’s luxury clients,” he said.

Both AHLI and Host Global pride themselves on offering exceptional client service. For planners, both emphasize, this means “the partnership creates a communication and planning pipeline for meeting and event planners with expert teams across the globe.”
