The property has also partnered with South Florida’s most acclaimed microbreweries such as J Wakefield Brewing, Cigar City and Concrete Beach for “Crafted by Corsair,” a monthly beer and dinner pairing series, and the new “Gather By JW” epicurean and mindful experiences series has resulted in a number of culinary masterclasses with renowned chefs such as Giada De Laurentiis and Ciccio Sultano.
