Visit Denver has enhanced its Mile High 5 Incentive program for 2027, offering meeting planners booking qualifying groups a choice of five hotel concessions and up to $500 in airfare reimbursement for an approved site visit.
Launched in 2024, the program is available to meeting planners nationwide booking groups with peak room blocks of 100 to 950 rooms. Selected concessions are incorporated into the final hotel contract, helping planners manage costs while creating memorable events in the Mile High City.
Denver offers more than 13,000 hotel rooms in its compact, walkable downtown and more than 55,000 across the metro area. Attendees can enjoy 300 days of sunshine, more than 30 Michelin-rated restaurants and access to outdoor recreation in the nearby Rocky Mountains. Denver International Airport provides nonstop service to more than 220 domestic and international destinations.
Participating hotels may offer the following nine concessions for qualified meeting opportunities. Planners can choose five:
- A 5% rebate on eligible master account charges
- 15% off eligible in-house audiovisual equipment rentals
- Up to 20% off the group room rate
- Complimentary meeting room rental with an agreed-upon food and beverage minimum
- Complimentary standard Wi-Fi in designated meeting spaces
- One complimentary room night for every 30 paid room nights actualized
- One VIP room upgrade and welcome amenity for every 30 rooms actualized on peak
- Double eligible planner loyalty points, subject to the hotel brand’s program requirements
- One complimentary standard room night for an approved site inspection, subject to availability
