Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will introduce five new food and beverage concepts when it reopens in January 2027 following a property-wide renovation.

The lineup includes an all-day cafe and marketplace, a Mediterranean-inspired bar, an Italian restaurant and social club, a pool bar and a casual beachfront eatery. The concepts are designed to serve both resort guests and the Naples community.

The five venues are:

  • Spoonbill: Named for the bird native to Florida wetlands, the lobby-level cafe and marketplace will serve house-made pastries, sandwiches, salads, fresh juices and wellness-focused options. In the evening, the menu will shift to ice cream and affogatos, with retail items also available.
  • Solfina Bar and Terrace: Replacing the resort’s existing lobby bar, Solfina will feature indoor-outdoor seating and a Mediterranean-inspired menu of Neapolitan pizzas, crudo and shareable plates. Cocktails will include Negronis and Spritzes.
  • Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria: A fresh take on Italian dining, Vicolo will serve house-made pastas and steaks, with tableside service, martinis and other cocktails. Music and a lively bar setting will give the restaurant a social-club atmosphere.
  • Cocoplum Pool Bar: Located on the pool deck, Cocoplum will offer burgers, salads and other casual fare, along with frozen cocktails, wine and champagne.
  • Flipside Beach Bar: Steps from the Gulf, this retro-inspired beach spot will serve smash burgers, fries, sandwiches and frozen drinks. Guests can dine there or take their orders to the white sands of Clam Pass Beach.

The new dining program will be led by Chef Asif Syed, a Florida chef and restaurateur recently named the resort’s Director of Culinary. He will oversee the five concepts as part of the property’s broader food and beverage program.
