A Waterfront Setting for Meetings and Retreats

Located on 16 acres along Lake Montauk, Montauk Yacht Club gives meeting planners a waterfront setting for corporate retreats, meetings, celebrations and incentive programs. The property has 106 guest rooms and five cottages, allowing groups to gather, meet, dine and participate in activities without having to leave the resort.

The setting also gives planners room to build programs around more than scheduled meeting time. Groups can arrange private boat tours, fishing, sailing and watersports, while The Courts offers tennis, pickleball and padel.

Other options include biking, hiking, fitness and wellness programming, wine tastings, culinary experiences, beach picnics, private firepits and harbor cruises.

Meeting Spaces With Lake Views

Montauk Yacht Club’s event portfolio includes indoor meeting rooms as well as spaces that open directly to the waterfront. The 2,208-sf Waterfront Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests and combines an indoor dining room with an outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Montauk, making it suitable for meetings that transition into receptions or group dinners.

For smaller programs, the 836-sf North Meeting Room accommodates up to 134 guests and features built-in AV. Lighthouse One and Lighthouse Two provide additional settings for meetings, dinners and cocktails, with Lighthouse Two offering views of Lake Montauk.

Other spaces, including the Bay Room, Sunset Pier, Pool Patio and Pool Club, give planners additional flexibility for meetings, meals, receptions and informal gatherings.

Take the Program Outdoors

The property’s outdoor venues give planners another way to build variety into a group itinerary. The Great Lawn spans 30,240 sf and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests, creating space for team-building activities, company picnics, tented receptions and larger events.

Smaller outdoor venues offer a different atmosphere. The North Courtyard and Cottage Lawn can accommodate group gatherings and team-building activities, while the Lighthouse Firepits provide a more casual setting for evening cocktails. The Private Beach can be used for seasonal group events, including bonfires, clambakes and group fitness activities.

The Pool Patio and Pool Club also suit outdoor receptions and sunset gatherings. At the same time, the Sunset Pier can accommodate up to 250 guests for welcome dinners, luncheons and other waterfront events.

The resort also provides catering, bar packages, audiovisual equipment and event staffing, giving planners on-site support as they build programs around the property’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
