San Francisco Hotels: New Savings for Meetings

Planners booking 25 or more peak rooms can choose from a selection of concessions at the Argonaut, A Noble House Hotel.

Budgets remain high on the list of challenges for meeting planners, making hotel concessions an important part of the negotiating mix.

In San Francisco, several hotels are offering savings and added value for groups, from waived meeting fees and rebates to complimentary rooms and upgrades. Here are some current offers to consider when planning your next program.

Argonaut, A Noble House Hotel

Through Dec. 31, 2026, planners booking 25 or more peak rooms can choose from a selection of concessions at Argonaut Hotel. Book 25-50 rooms and choose one perk; 51-75 rooms earns two; and 76-100 rooms earns three. Options include 20% attrition, one complimentary guest room per 35 occupied room nights, four room upgrades, or a complimentary one-hour welcome reception with beer, wine and soft drinks.

Galleria Park Hotel

Meetings booked by Dec. 31, 2026, for stays through Dec. 31, 2027, can take advantage of reduced meeting costs at Galleria Park Hotel. The offer includes 50% off meeting room rental, 15% off audio-visual services and 10% off food and beverage. The boutique hotel is near the Financial District and Moscone Convention Center.

The Jay Hotel

Planners who complete a site visit and subsequently book their meeting at The Jay, Autograph Collection, can have the meeting room rental waived. The offer is valid through Dec. 30, 2026.

The Marker Union Square

Through Dec. 31, 2026, groups at The Marker Union Square can receive a 3% rebate on net sleeping-room revenue, waived meeting room rental, private check-in and 75% cumulative attrition. The offer also includes a 15-day cutoff date, 12% commission for preferred planners and preferred-planner rewards points. Dates are subject to availability.

Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Planners booking 2026 or 2027 room blocks and meetings at the Palace Hotel can choose concessions based on group size. Blocks of 50-100 peak rooms can select two concessions; 101-200 rooms can select three; and 201-plus rooms can select four, with additional concessions available for meetings with food and beverage. Options include a complimentary room per 40 rooms, reduced staff-room rates, a junior suite upgrade, a complimentary coffee break, 15% off AV equipment, double Marriott Bonvoy points and 80% nightly attrition. Book by Dec. 31, 2026, for qualifying weekday stays through 2027, excluding Mondays and weekends.
