If you like gin, then you’ll really like the new Distillery hotel in London’s Notting Hill district.

Opened on Dec. 16, The Distillery is the world’s first gin hotel, offering four floors of everything from personal distilling classes to public and private drinking and dining rooms as well as three boutique guest rooms—all of which pay homage to the popular spirit.

The Resting Room bar makes up the ground floor and serves up one-of-a-kind gin drinks alongside experimental spirits such as avocado and olive oil vodka. A menu of British fare crafted using local ingredients rounds out the experience. On the first floor, attendees will find GinTonica, a Spanish-inspired bar and kitchen. Here, the G&Ts are served in a traditional copa de balón (a balloon goblet glass) using a selection of some of the finest gins from all over the world.

On the top floor, groups can meet in The Boardroom, a private dining room with its own private bar. The three guest rooms are also located here—each individually designed to invoke the local culture. For instance, they each have a hand-made record player that can be used to play a vinyl playlist specially curated by nearby Rough Trade Records.

Perhaps most exciting for groups is The Ginstitute, which offers gin-making experiences to attendees interested in making their own personal blend of gin. Gin experts will explain the history of gin as the attendees concoct their creations. As if that’s not all, a museum of gin artifacts—including the first-ever English cocktail book—and an onsite liquor store also add to The Distillery experience.
