Groups meeting at the 4,004-room ARIA Resort & Casino can expect a more interactive experience in 2016. The Las Vegas resort partnered with Crave Interactive, a guest service software company, to launch the largest-ever installation of the provider’s in-room hotel tablets—all of which are designed specifically for ARIA and its array of services.

The in-room tablet will make it easier and quicker for attendees to build their own itineraries, which can be especially helpful during meetings that have little downtime. Attendees have access to digital in-room dining orders, one-touch spa service requests and in-room controls to adjust room lighting, temperature and even personalized wake-up calls. The tablet will also offer attendees access to thousands of publications from around the world.

Perhaps most interesting for groups is the tablet’s ability to offer multimedia messaging with graphics and video for meeting planners to keep attendees up-to-date on their itineraries. For international groups, the tablet is even available in a variety of languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German.

“This installation is the industry’s largest and, together, Crave and ARIA are setting new standards in world-class guest service,” says Gareth Hughes, CEO and founder of Crave Interactive. “We are extremely proud to be part of a project that raises the bar for the world’s most technologically advanced hotel.”

The tablet will be available in all of the property’s guest rooms, and installation will roll out through multiple phases.
