The newly opened Wafaifo Resort Hoi An has unveiled new meetings and events facilities, designed for focus, flow and the connection of people and ideas, all with a Vietnamese twist.
A 10-minute walk from Vietnam’s historic port city of Hoi An—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the new property provides a stylish and functional setting for meetings, executive retreats, incentive programs, creative workshops and private events.

The property’s new 2,910-sf meeting venue can accommodate gatherings of up to 200 guests and can be configured in various formats. Boasting natural wood accents, sky-inspired ceiling decor, and wave-patterned flooring, the space also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and advanced AV capabilities, including full teleconferencing in two executive boardrooms.
In addition, the main ballroom features retractable event screens and moveable partitions; while planners can count on customized event menus created by the in-house F&B team, a dedicated event concierge and flexible booking options to meet client needs.
For each event, menus are thoughtfully designed, creatively matching local ingredients with Vietnamese culinary heritage and international flair. “The amazing culinary sensations created in our kitchen add a real wow factor,” Krantz noted.
In April, Wafaifo Resort Hoi An won the Australia Chamber of Commerce Vietnam award for best hotel in the center and north of the country.
