KapohoKine Adventures recently partnered with Volcano Winery to offer groups an adventure through Hawaii’s volcanoes combined with local wine.

KapohoKine Adventures attendees visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park will now receive a private group vineyard tour, wine tasting and catered dinner. “As we embark on our second decade of fostering sustainable tourism, Volcano Winery is just the first of several new ventures that we will be announcing over the next year,” says Tony DeLellis, owner of KapohoKine Adventures. “We take pride in being able to create partnerships with local companies in order to bring more attention to the importance of creating a more self-sufficient and sustainable future.”

Volcano Winery is known for its wines and teas that are created using local ingredients from the island. Tropical fruits such as yellow guava and jaboticaba berry are blended with traditional wine grapes to make this wine that is only available on the Hawaiian Islands.

The three tours that will now incorporate the winery experience include the Kilauea Hike ‘n’ Glow tour, which consists of a four-mile hike across the crater floor; the Evening Volcano Explorer tour, which takes groups to explore the eruption of Kilauea volcano at night; and the Zippin’ Volcano tour for groups wanting to zipline at Zipline Through Paradise before wine tasting.
