Caesars The first conference is underway at the $375 million CAESARS FORUM, the new 550,000-square-foot conference center located on the Las Vegas Strip featuring the world’s two largest pillarless ballrooms, each measuring more than 110,000 square feet.

“We are pleased to welcome the Annual Partner Meeting for ConferenceDirect at CAESARS FORUM, our first live event in our new conference center that opened on March 18, 2020. We have always admired the work that Brian Stevens and the team at ConferenceDirect do. We enjoy a long-standing partnership and are pleased that we are hosting this important event, which will give us the opportunity to showcase the implemented protocols we have in place for COVID-19,” said Michael Massari, chief sales officer, Caesars Entertainment.

“ConferenceDirect is excited to be hosting our Annual Partner Meeting (APM), October 26-29, at the brand-new CAESARS FORUM. APM includes our key industry partners and valued associates. This year, we are conducting a Hybrid Event where approximately half of the attendees will be in person, and half will attend virtually,” explains Jerry Horan, president and COO, ConferenceDirect.

The essential purpose of APM is education, networking, and recognition of top performers. APM was originally scheduled for May 2020, and due to COVID-19 and state restrictions, the event was postponed twice. “On September 29, we received confirmation that we could move forward with an in-person event. Caesars Entertainment has been an amazing partner throughout this entire process, working diligently with the ConferenceDirect team to ensure safe meeting protocols are implemented,” describes Horan. “APM 2020 will be a historical event for ConferenceDirect as we host our first hybrid event leading the industry back to recovery with safe, effective face-to-face events that are crucial to our industry the economy. Safety is our utmost priority, and we look forward to sharing our lessons learned from this week at CAESARS FORUM to assist our customers as they get back the business of holding meetings and events.”
