Hotels and destinations are rolling out incentives that can trim meeting costs, from master-account rebates and production credits to parking discounts, tax savings and loyalty points.
Here are several current offers worth putting on your radar when sourcing upcoming programs.
Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel
The Parc 55 San Francisco has a 5% rebate to the master account for new meetings with more than 100 total room nights on listed value dates; 250,000 Hilton Honors points for bookings above $300,000 in total room, F&B and rental revenue; complimentary AM break; 25% off AV equipment; 40% off meeting-space wireless internet.
Planners must contract eligible new meetings by Dec. 31, 2026; available only on the hotel’s designated value dates and subject to availability.*
Hilton Chicago
Up to $7,500 in production-labor credit per 100 rooms on one peak night, complimentary electrical equipment, 50% off overnight self-parking, suite upgrades, and 25% off a second meeting. Another need-date offer includes 30% off AV, suite upgrades, 50% parking, and triple Hilton Honors points.
Offers at the Hilton Chicago are tied to specific 2026–29 actualization windows, selected need dates, and generally require 50 total room nights or more; one offer must be reserved by Dec. 31, 2026.
Marriott Team Travel Offer
Participating Marriott hotels in the U.S. and Canada are offering a $100–$200 meal credit per qualifying event. The credit can be applied to F&B, the master bill, the signer’s folio or a local restaurant gift card.
The offer applies to new group agreements with 10–30 peak room nights, signed by Oct. 31, 2026, for stays through Dec. 31, 2026. The written code TEAMDINNER must be acknowledged before the contract is signed.
Check this out if you book youth sports, amateur sports or other team travel and your groups fit the room-night requirements.
Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown
Under Hyatt’s Asia-Pacific Groups, Meetings & Events Offer 2026, qualifying planners can select up to four benefits based on contracted revenue. Published options include rebates, suite upgrades, complimentary meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, AV discounts, wellness experiences, and bonus World of Hyatt points. A local “Enjoy Extra Perks” promotion adds one further benefit.
This regional offer must be contracted by Dec. 31, 2026, for events held by March 31, 2027, using code ASPACME26 in the initial inquiry. Local add-on: book by Oct. 31, 2026, for events held by Dec. 20, 2026, using REVREBATE.A flexible international menu that lets a planner prioritize the most valuable mix—cash rebate, upgrades, AV or points—rather than accepting a fixed package.
Tourisme Montréal
International organizations may be eligible to recover up to 100% of the GST (Goods and Services Tax) and QST (Quebec Sales Tax) paid on eligible conference-related expenses. Tourisme Montréal also points to favorable exchange rates as another potential advantage for U.S.-based groups.
This is a tax rebate, not a room-night incentive, and eligibility depends on the organization, expenses and applicable tax rules. Planners should confirm which expenses qualify before budgeting for the rebate. For U.S. associations and corporations planning international meetings, it’s a savings opportunity to ask about during the site-selection process.
Berlin Congress Fund
Berlin’s Congress Fund for Sustainable Meetings offers about US$29 per in-person participant per event day, plus an additional 30% for events with at least 30% international participants and about US$9,800 for events taking place in Berlin for the first time. Total funding is capped at about US$116,000 per event.
There’s an important eligibility requirement for international planners: The applicant must have a registered office, business premises or branch in Germany. In other words, a U.S.-based planner would need to work with an eligible German organization that can apply.
The fund is designed for professional meetings, conventions and seminars that meet Berlin’s sustainability requirements, including a minimum of 100 in-person participants.
