W Hotels and Rent the Runway partner and it’s a great option for incentive travel.

Black-tie dinners, award ceremonies, business lunches, these are all part of the typical incentive travel trip. These gatherings can also make packing complicated.

Enter Rent the Runway, the company that pioneered apparel rental, and select W Hotels and incentive travel packing just got easier. Its new service, Rent the Runway (RTR) Closet Concierge, has launched at W Aspen, W South Beach, W Washington D.C., and W Hollywood.

Incentive travelers and other guests will have access to the ultimate travel wardrobe, curated by Rent the Runway, with no packing or baggage required.

Upon booking their room, W Hotel guests can choose from Rent the Runway’s Unlimited Closet for $69. Guests have access to the entire Unlimited Closet in addition to being able to select from a destination-ready assortment tailored to each W hotel location incorporating Rent the Runway’s proprietary data on trending colors, designers, silhouettes and the climate of each location.

“Traveling without luggage has always been my dream. We are thrilled to partner with W Hotels to bring the RTR Closet Concierge to life, so travelers can simply show up and have their dream closet waiting for them in their hotel room,” said Jennifer Hyman, co-Founder and CEO of Rent the Runway, in a statement.

Rent the Runway ships the guest’s selection to the hotel in advance of arrival. At check-out time, guests are expected to drop off the clothes at the hotel’s welcome desk, and the hotel returns the items to Rent the Runway. Rent the Runway, which began in 2009, as a source of gowns today offers apparel for meetings and other corporate functions.
