Join Worth It Events for a FREE Virtual Spa Experience on Saturday, March 20 at noon EST.

It’s time for some YOU time! Prevue’s sister company, Worth it Events, invites you to take a couple of hours and immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative virtual spa experience—no need to even leave home!

At 12:00 p.m. EST, Dr. Heidi Hanna, chief energy officer of Synergy Brain Fitness and a frequent lecturer at Canyon Ranch, will kick things off by breaking down the real story behind stress, why it’s neurochemically addictive, and how you can utilize your stress for optimum performance. Following her talk, she will lead a Beach Brain Meditation Exercise,  a guided mindfulness session where participants will be provided with a specific 3-step sensory process to fully engage the essence of the beach from any location.

Three lucky winners will receive Heidi’s Beach Brain kit with Reef flip flops, a signed book and a selection of stress-relieving essential oils. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event.

Next, at 12:45 p.m. EST, join world-class psychic, astrologer and tarot card reader Jess Kielman, a well-known name at Canyon Ranch and Miraval in The Berkshires, to learn how and why planets affect our personality, our talents, our health and our future. Jess will also be offering a limited number of individual half-hour astrology readings to participants; learn more here.

Then from 1:15 p.m. – 1:35 p.m., join us live from the Wigwam Spa in Phoenix for a restorative stretch that can be done right from your seat, then relax into a sound healing session using a variety of singing bowls.

The Virtual Spa Experience is free of charge. Register today!
