Mark your calendar for these important 2023 meeting industry events.

Prevue’s editors have compiled this lineup of 2023 meeting industry events:

Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) brings its flagship education and networking event, PCMA Convening Leaders, to Columbus, Ohio January 8-11, 2023.

In 2023 The Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE) heads to New York City—where the first SITE conference was held nearly half a century ago—for its 50th anniversary SITEGlobal Conference the week of February 13th. Registration will open at the end of this year.

Meeting Professionals International (MPI), has announced dates and destinations for the next four World Education Conferences (WEC), MPI’s signature event that draws approximately 2,500 event professionals annually for leading edge education. In June, 2023 WEC heads to the Barcelo Maya Riviera resort in Mexico June 12-15, 2023; in 2024 to St. Louis, Missouri; in 2025 to Louisville, Kentucky; and in 2026 to San Antonio, Texas.

The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) will be meeting June 5-8, 2023 at Resorts World Las Vegas, for the IRF’S 2023 Education Invitational, focusing on IRF research and industry networking.

Prevue’s Meet Well, the industry’s only event focused on safe and healthy meetings and meeting planner wellbeing, is returning to Florida in 2023—this time to Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater August 23-25, 2023. Our other Summits are Survival Strategies May 22-23, 2023 at the new JW Marriott Dallas Arts District and Next-Level Events September 18-19, 2023 at the Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa in Palm Beach.

IMEX America will once again take place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas in 2023-2025. The meeting dates are October 16-19, 2023; October 7-10, 2024; and October 6-9, 2025. This year the dates are October 10-14. The show always kicks off with a “Smart Monday” of free education.
