spa experiencesAttendees visiting the newly opened The Grove Resort & Spa in Winter Garden, Fla., will have a chance to work with the spa’s therapists to create their own essential oils and body scrubs.

Using all-natural products, they will learn the steps to make citrus- and honey-based scrubs, as well as seasonal scents, all with body-boosting benefits. More spa experiences are in the works.

Each workshop is personalized to attendees’ needs, with the goal of creating a customized essential oil. The experience can also be held at various locations around the resort, including poolside. The finished scrubs and oils can be packaged to take home or used in services at Escape Spa.

The Grove Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property, will also offer sunrise yoga on the Lake Austin Pier. Orlando’s newest resort, it is located just four miles from Walt Disney World.
