Surfboards from Buffett’s personal collection adorn one of the lobby walls.

Walking into the lobby of the newly opened Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is like entering Jimmy Buffett’s personal living space, complete with the surfboards from his personal collection hanging on the walls. A chandelier created from margarita glasses sets the mood.

Even the suites and event rooms are named after Buffett’s famous songs, like Son of a Sailor. Of course, the coastal-luxe decor has a “no worries” tropical vibe in keeping with the theme of his music.

The 349-room, 17-story oceanfront resort features more than 15,000 sf of private, no-distraction meeting space on the 9th floor, with another 15,000 sf of outdoor event space with ocean views. After the meeting, there’s an 11,000-sf spa (opening soon), oceanfront fitness center, the most expansive pool system of any Margaritaville Resort (there are 5 in all) and a unique double FlowRider surf stimulator.
