Dianne is an industry visionary and personality with global experience as a producer, events director, author, and speaker. She is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Passionate about the power of creativity and live experiences, she is an expert on providing creative inspiration and sharing her innate gift of seeing solutions to achieve corporate and business objectives with business leaders who influence and lead to inspire people to be the best version of themselves. Her unique perspectives and research on sensory communication stimulates her audience to better understand methods and ideas to attract, retain and reward customers, employees and participants. She utilizes theater techniques when planning events and refers to the concept as the Theater of Events™.
As the former president of the International Live Events Association and Meeting Professionals International in New York City, Dianne has also served on national boards and been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. Dianne has produced or been part of the planning team for prestigious events including the Apollo 11 Moon Landing Anniversary, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Vietnam 50th Commemorative Presidential, the first European games in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Michael Dominguez serves as the President & CEO for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI). ALHI is a Global Sales Organization with a team of nearly 80 professionals located among 26 offices across North America and Europe, ALHI’s serves a membership group of hotels that are Independent Hotels & Independent Brands that are an exclusive luxury collection. Prior to joining ALHI, Michael served in executive sales leadership roles with MGM Resorts, Loews Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Starwood Hotels and many more.
Michael is actively involved in leadership roles in the Meetings and Events Industry and currently serves as a Past Chairman of the International Board of Directors for MPI.
Michael speaks in the industry often on topics of disruption, the state of the industry, the economy, behavioral lessons. Michael was recognized in M&C Magazines survey of top industry speakers and was an invited speaker at South by Southwest in 2018.

Eve Lahijani
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Speaker, Foodie
Eve Lahijani is outspoken in the field of nutrition and wellbeing. Her gift lies in helping her audiences and clients make behavior change simple and second nature. These practical modifications lead to big results in improved health, heightened mental clarity, enhanced stamina and increased overall effectiveness.
Eve graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics and Business and went on to earn her MA in Nutritional Science from CSULA. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has experience as a certified personal trainer, medical nutrition therapist and clinical educator. She currently teaches nutrition, body image and other wellness classes at UCLA and specializes in helping those who engage in emotional eating, compulsive eating and other forms of non-hunger eating. Eve is passionate about helping the world trust their hunger and make peace with food.

Desi Whitney brings almost 20 years of meetings industry expertise to Emergency Concierge International (ECI). She Co-Founded ECI after identifying a great need in the industry for expert emergency planning & management.
