COVID Safety
Rest assured: Prevue has taken every precaution to keep attendees safe during this pandemic through partnerships with Emergency Concierge International and Vital Circle. We are working closely with their team of experts and our hotel partners to ensure that best practices are in place throughout every step of your meeting journey.
We know the concern level varies as it relates to COVID-19 and are taking the following steps:
·Masks are required for all attendees, as per the July 27, 2021 guidance from the CDC, advising that fully vaccinated people begin wearing masks indoors again in places with high COVID transmission rates.
·Attendees will report their daily symptoms via the Vital Circle web-based application (www.vitalcircle.app/Prevue). The web-based application will provide event attendees with the ability to track, monitor, and report symptoms on a daily basis.
·Attendees will be asked to download their vaccine cards to provide event coordinators with high-level statistics regarding the vaccination status of all attendees.
·A dedicated Incident Commander will be on site and prepared to respond 24 hours a day in case of any situation small or large.
·Attendees will be asked to wear PRIVACY FIRST wearable proximity-tracing devices, which measure and record the duration (amount of time) and distance your wearable device is from another attendee’s wearable device. The proximity-tracing wearable device does not connect in any way to your mobile phone, does not monitor your GPS location and does not record any personal biometric data. The proximity-tracing data will only be referred to in the event of an attendee becoming symptomatic or testing positive for COVID-19.
·Hand washing / hand sanitization will be encouraged
·Outdoor spaces will be used when possible
·Meeting sets will be 6 feet apart
·F&B sets will demonstrate seating options based on comfort level
·Traffic flow will be reviewed and observed to avoid bottlenecks
·Physical distancing will be available during transportation to Mountain Shadows Resort
·We have developed a comprehensive response to an attendee presenting with flu- or COVID-like symptoms
To minimize risk and enhance your safety, our host hotel, the Wigwam, has taken the initiative to achieve GBAC STAR accreditation from the Global Biorisk Council (GBAC), a division of ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.
