The IMEX Frankfurt Wellbeing Challenge 2026 drew more than a hundred competitors, who exercised their way to the top of the leaderboard during the show, held May 19-21.

Powered by Heka Health—creators of custom-designed, turnkey wellness challenges—and sponsored by Caesars Entertainment, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) and PCMA, the IMEX Frankfurt Wellbeing Challenge 2026 invited teams and individuals to participate in a range of wellbeing activities while enjoying some healthy competition with their peers.

Participants earned chances to win amazing prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working their way up the leaderboard, with activities including weightlifting, stretching, squats and aerobics.

Here’s a look at some winning stats:

  • 90 participants exceeded the 5K+ point level goal and will be receiving their Mindfulness App 30-day free access and 50% discount codes via email.
  • 77 participants exceeded the 15K+ point level goal with the first 60 that stopped by the LVCVA booth picking up their choice of a range of LVCVA prizes.
  • 63 participants exceeded the 30K+ point level goal. Congratulations to our three winners of the 30K+ Point Prize Drawing for a Caesars Entertainment Wellness Package.

Topping the leaderboard with 150,689 points was Abhishek Mittal of Dreamscape Travel Group, who told Prevue, “I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the IMEX wellbeing challenge, as it motivated me to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle throughout the event. The experience not only encouraged personal wellness but also fostered a strong sense of team spirit, collaboration and sportsmanship among participants.”

Mittal took the top prize, a Wellness Stay at Caesars Palace for two, which includes two nights at Caesars Palace in a Deluxe King room overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, stretch limo airport transfers, a massage at Qua Baths & Spa and dinner for two at Nobu Restaurant at Caesars Palace.

“Receiving this award is truly exciting, making the entire experience even more memorable,” Mittal says. “Winning this wellbeing challenge feels absolutely fantastic, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring initiative.”

Maja Domijan

Prevue also reached out to Maja Domijan, CEO of Eventful, whose 134,829 points earned her the challenge’s second-highest score.

“I entered the challenge because I truly believe that event managers often don’t focus enough on their mental health and overall wellbeing while working at these high-pressure events,” she says. “For me, this challenge was a wonderful reminder and a great incentive not to forget about this crucial part of our health. Topping the leaderboard feels absolutely amazing and deeply rewarding.”

Staying fit is a daily priority, Domijan says, noting that “I prefer starting my mornings with lymphatic drainage exercises and yoga. On top of that, I easily clock over 15,000 steps every single day, which is just part of the job description for us,” she adds with a laugh.

Domijan is “incredibly excited” to experience her prize: A Caesars Entertainment Luxury Experience package, which includes two complimentary nights at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, a roundtrip limousine transfer, dinner for two at The Bedford by Martha Stewart and a relaxing 50-minute spa massage.
